In every commemoration of Indonesia National Day, the people celebrates by conducting funny folk games such as this palm tree climbing. This game is actually people climbing a palm tree, showered with slippery stuff like detergent and lubricant, with some prizes on the top.

The participants will help each other to get the prizes. The number of participants are limited so as they are only half of the tree height when they are standing together. So the funny things are when the highest participant tries to climb up the half of slippery tree and the expression of lowest participant to hold the participants above him on.
