Photographer’s Note
I've seen a recent picture of this famous glacier showing less ice than what i saw in 2005. So.. That's what i saw in that year.

Hi Stefano!
Looks pretty impressive - is this the Brigsdal Glacier? If so I've been there in 2006 in summer and it was much much smaller. You succeeded in showing the size of it all by including small figures on the left. And the reflection on the water only magnifies this feeling of overwhelming power of nature. But I wouldn't be myself if I didn't point out some flaws (IMO of course) - you could have cropped so that the skye would not be visible, 'cause it's only a white spot not contributing to the picture. If I were to take a photo there I might have waited a little so that there wouldn't be so many people on the left - just a few figures would fdo better than a crowd. But there are IMO just minor flaws not influencing the overall value of the picture. Keep up the good effort!

Unfortunately the glacier is diminishing every year. Some years ago you could not even see that little lake in front there as it was covered by the glacier.
A fine shot where the inclusion of people in the left is a good choice to understand the size and scale of the place.

I like the way that you brought it to scale with the people on the left. The reflection puts nice suttle colours in the water. Thanks for sharing. Laurie

Hi Stephano
I enjoyed viewing all your nature shots. This one stood out for me. I liked the contrast between the hard rock, the ice and the water looks so pristine. Well done on the colours and sharpness/clarity of this one!
