Photographer’s Note
Killarney Provincial Park became a park in large measure due to the lobbying of the government by the Canadian artists known as the Group of Seven and in particular A.Y. Jackson who often used its granite mountains and tall jack pines as subjects. This shot was taken from one of the wilderness campsites on Bell Lake.
