Well. The lake is, in fact, hard to notice. Look what we have got:
-the wires (distracting, shouldn't be in the picture)
-the trees (OK, but here they are making rather chaotic impression)
-the road (well, if you want it...)
-some other objects.
The part of the tree on the right is not adding much to the composition.

I think with a little effort you would be able to present us more attractive view.
