Photographer’s Note

When you croos the Col de Peyresourde you enter into Val Louron. It's a placid and nice valley in the Pyrenees. I walked thru a beautiful path from Mont to Saint Calixte. The panoramic view was superb and all along the path it was like a natural garden. Nice forest, fantastic shades and silence, a real sound of silence, only disturbed by the church belfry announcing the angelus at noon. The Pyrenees surprises me any time.

Que precioso lugar...y seguro que fresco!!!

Me gusta mucho el primer plano colorido y la gradación de azules que da la montaña, muy bonito, y el contraste con el primer plano colorido queda realmente bien!!!

Te mando un workshop!!!

Hello Roser,
This truly is a natural garden. I do love the pristine environment, the green hill full of beautiful trees creating various shade of green, and the majestic mountain background complete this landscape. The inclusion of foreground blossoms really spice up the composition and give much warm and bright colors and cheerfulness to the composition. Just lovely. Thanks.

belle photo de ces fleurs a l' avant plan, jolies couleurs qui se détachent sur ce beau plan montagneux.

Hi Roser. There is something uplifting in seeing mountain flowers in their natural setting. Lovely colours and light. Personally I would have cropped the upper part of the photo and focused more on the mountains and flora. Regards. Klaudio.

saps? jo he estat esquiant amb la familia en aquest bonic lloc, Val Louron, una estació petita però molt agradable, amb unes vistes impressionants. Encara me'n recordo força bé.
M'agrada que hagis posat les flors silvestres de muntanya al primer pla, obrint pas a un paisatge pirinenc espectacular.

Interesting idea to make a pictures with such flowers in the FG, but it works, it adds an extra punch of color the your picture and boost DOF. The sharpness is fine and the colors are vibrant. Well done
