Photographer’s Note
At Sarahan, we got up early only to find that the restaurant in the hotel we were staying would provide breakfast only at 8am. we went out and found a small shop close to the famous Bhimkali temple. The gentleman at the shop looked as if he had just got up, but agreed to cook noodle soup for us. We thought this is the simplest he could do this early. But soon found out that the process is more involved. He had prepared the dough overnight. First he started kneading it again to soften it further. Then he started making the noodle using his hand roller. Once this was done he cooked them along with some vegetables to provide us with some hot noodle soup. Here is the picture of the gentleman with his noodle making machine.
