ka'kaw is themanya name for the "cacao", this shot show the first two stages of the grown of the cacao:
1st: The flower that is of pink colour, grows of unusual form no in the branches like comuntly occurs in other fruits, but in the trunk of the tree, after been fertilized it pass to the second stage, wich is called also (at least in Mexico) "chilito" or "little chilli".
the thirth stage is ont on this picture, its called "mazorca" and its from 15 to 30 cm, from this fruit as it is well known, it is estracted the seed wich pass to fermentation process, and dryed...the dry seed is the main component to the chocolate
