It's been there for a while now and is starting to peel, and now covered with the signature of lesser artists.

Hi anthony,
i am never sure if it is art or vandalism, with the attention to detail shown here i feel that this is true street art constructed by a talented artist.
i took a photo of some street art and will be uploading tomorrow have a look and comment, chris
