Photographer’s Note

Pleasure boats, fishermen on foot, oyster parks : inhabitants and visitors of Ré Island : all activities are possible in this coast. Ones prefer low tide when others impatiently wait high tide. On the Atlantic Coast, you have to be patient and able to adapt to the rhythm of ocean !

La Flotte-en-Ré village is wonderful (one of the nicest in France), with its little white houses, its hollyhocks, and its wonderful medieval market (very typical).

Bonjour Delphine,
Belle image de ces bateaux à marée basse. La composition est claire et équilibrée. Très bonne réalisation. J'aime bien l'île de Ré et ce petit port que je connais bien. Bravo.
