Sand Art at Copacabana Photo

Photographer’s Note

Sand is a fascinating material. For instance, when some kids, age four or more, build sandcastles, and a smaller kid arrives, and destroys everything, soon all the children start to behave like they were one year old, and very soon there is a sand-fight instead of the sand-castles! Same behaviour follows the so called homo sapiens, the whole life.
Back to this photo, it is taken at Copacabana, the big beach in Rio de Janeiro. Usually crowded by almost not-at-all-dressed bathing people. This time a bit rainy and I admired the sandart shown on this photo.

Olá Mônica,
essas esculturas de areia são famosas mesmo em Coapacabana, são bonitas, mas nunca fotografei, acho que eles cobram por fotos. Belo trabalho, seu e do artista.
