Photographer’s Note
Taken during my one day visit to Malaysia.
The Clock Tower is a colonial reminder from the era of the British Empire in Penang.
The moorish-style clock tower at the junction of Lebuh Light and Lebuh Pantai is sixty feet tall, one foot for each year of Victoria's reign. The Clock Tower was a gift to the British authorities from a local millionaire, Cheah Chen Eok.
