Photographer’s Note
Alhandra is a village a few miles north of Lisbon, and it stretches squeezed between an highway and the river Tagus.
It grew around a cement factory, but nowadays is mostly a “sleeping place” for people working in Lisbon.
By the river there is a new pedestrian and bicycle trail, and while walking my dog I saw that the white church stood out from the stormy sky.
I pass behind this church twice everyday, and I have seen it under some amazing scenic conditions.
Some cropping was done to remove unwanted buildings.

Hi Kuriosos (I guess that's not your name).
Maybe it's a bit tilt, but the photo is very very nice and I love it.
Well done and thanks for sharing.

Ciao Kurioso (is that really your name?? :) This red and white building stands out beautifully against the dramatic and brooding sky. You have spotted your target well and I really like how you have positioned it within the frame. Great composition, TFS, Lisa.
