Interesting opening shot. You captured well some fine details of the harbour and the town in the back. I think some cropping and some more work on the bit blurred background could have worked here. I tried a workshop - see if you like it.

Interesting subject. I advise you to get there and soot details. These harbours and old ships are very rich in shapes, colors and textures.

About the photo you could balance the brightness by increasing it which would show more details.

A crop of half the sky, or half the water would place the ships more off-center. That would give more strenght to the composition.
