Interesting composition, well framed, and good capture of a complex light situation; the strong light and strong shadows, as well as the storm clouds in the bg, all come out well.
A note would be nice.

The light is excellent here on the foreground and contrasting against the stormy background it makes the photo even more spectacular

You found a striking POV with this small boat, but what is causing sensation here is the strong contrast between the shore under the sunlight and the dark, dramatic sky in the background! Excellent timing and good management of light!
