Rio Novo River Photo

Photographer’s Note

One of the last rivers of drinking water in the world, Rio Novo has fully crystalline appearance, making vivid the wilderness that surrounds it and the beautiful beaches that are formed along its banks.

Rafting is common in the waters of Rio Novo River. But there is room for other sports such as canoeing, rappelling, cross-buoy (downhill by river’s rapids in individual buoys) and acquaride (where the player is prone on top of the buoy).

bela vista da corredeira, o buriti ficou muito bem como uma espécie de personagem. gosto das nuvens bem colocadas e da água corrente na parte inferior, muito boa a luz, pov, enquadramento e nitidez. a gente tem uma ideia de como o local é bonito

Olá Lucas,

se eu estivesse um pouco mais para cima, acompanharia vocês por esses cantos. Não sei se você anda trabalhando com RAW, mas te digo que está sabendo manejar bem a exposição, especialmente a do céu que geralmente é um pepino a resolver. Bem escolhido ponto de vista e excelente nitidez acompanham a foto. Parabéns!

Olá Lucas,

Linda imagem deste rio pouco conhecido e, portanto, praticamente sem poluição. Você captou muito bem a transparência da água que desce esta pequena corredeira, em meio a vegetação nativa. Lindas cores e excelente nitidez.

Muito bonito o lugar Lucas,
e você conseguiu mostrar uma imagem com excelente amplitude horizontal, mostrando a queda d'água em toda sua extensão.
A água cristalina deixa transparecer a bonita cor marrom do fundo do rio.

Só de olhar para essa água já dá vontade de tonhar banho nela. Deve ser um lugar maravilhoso para um passeio calmo ao longo do rio.
Na minha opinião tens aqui uma foto tecnicamente muito bem realizada com uma exposição perfeita e muito boa composição.

Beautiful cascading white water coming over these peacful falls contrast brilliantly with blue sky and lush green tropoical trees.
The dramatic colouds look very impressive looming over the crystal clear water of this lovely river.

Good low pov to frame the broad river, clear and clean water, full in relaxing feel, not easy for rafting people to move on this shallow river with rocky bed, thanks for sharing a geographical shoot.

Ponto de vista muito bem escolhido e privilegiado - vc estava no meio do rio???? Composição acertada e com resultados visuais impactantes! Nitidez, exposição, profundidade e cores bem naturais estão excelentes! A pequena queda d'água ficou muito bela e o céu, apesar de nublado combinou perfeitamente com todos os outros elementos da imagem!

This is a nice shot of this raging river. Your POV is nice giving us a nice view up the rapids. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The trees frame the shot nicely helping to focus our attention to the rapids.

Very nice river, I want to be there, looks wonderful to drink to rafting, even to take a bath, i like the whole scene, the plam, the stones, the sky and the clouds very nice really, exelente pic.

Bonjour Lucas,
une photo bien raffraichissante et coiffée d'un ciel des plus séduisants. Des lumières parfaites er un cadrage efficace, le seul petit repproche que je pourrais faire est que tu as poussé la netteté un peu trop fort (too much sharpen).

Great shot and very informative note, congrats. You really have an impressive gallery, I just had a brief look at it and was in difficulties to choose which one to click. This one is very special, the river looks like flowing and the water is very clear. Above the clouds are bold, showing signs of an upcoming downpour. It is a dramatic shot with great sharpness and DOF. Well done

A densidade do céu carregado de nuvens e o coqueiro no plano de fundo enriqueceu muito a imagem.
