Nicely composed. I like the angle you held the camera at to get the band marching from top right to bottom left - good idea.
I'd be interested to know where you stood to take this shot - presumably from a window. This is a nice documentatry shot of the occasion.

Constructive criticism:
The empty space bottom right is distracting - cropping may help.
Also, the spectators top left are distracting - I'd consider further cropping, or maybe blur them out using image editing software, which will minimise their impact.
You could also use the 'clone tool' to remove the signpost bottom right.
