Photographer’s Note
Al-Alazm is an Arabic long family, that fight for Arab rights at ottoman's time, during the French occupation and after the independence. This family has governed the area and achieved so many noble's deeds such as building schools, mosques, houses and they have contributed with building roads, tracks, and so on.
This photo took inside one of Khaled Bik Alazm's houses. You can smell the fragrant of history through the photo. If you would like to enjoy the Islamic architecture, you should visit this house in Damascus city.
