Preparing Jaggery is a long process. The Cane is crushed and squeezed to get can juice and that is heated as shown to get a thick yellow-red thick paste. This paste is then pour into moulds to get jaggeries

Hello Karthik,
An interesting scene well captured of the sugar maker. A pity you had to use the flash which creates some uneven light and unwanted shadows, but you had no other choice as I know it is very dark inside. It remains a fine document though.
