I found that little pond only 100 meters away from a public car parking place. Sometimes it's that simple - it's the beauty that surrounds us, we only have to see it.

Interesting mix of colors.
The mountain edge nicely splits the image into 2 distinct parts.

This is a beautiful scene from the Alps! The reflection in the pond makes this shot great! Your composition is nice with the slope of the mountain leading the eye from left to right and drawing a nice diagonal through the shot. The lighting and colors are outstanding as is the sharpness and DOF. The long exposure allowed you to capture this scene with outstanding depth.
