Photographer’s Note
This is a shot of an old mill building in Hull.
I believe the site stored and processed oilseed but has been out of use since the 70's.
I used to pass this place every day on my way home from work so stopped and took a fer shots one sunny day.
Tech: a fair bit of tinkering with the perspective to get the lines vertical but not much else.

Hi Graham,
an eye-catching detail shot. Red and dark, an old staircase, bricks, a big dilapidated sign...it screamed for attention. Good catch!
Best,

Hello Graham,
now I found this photo by accident, and liked at first sight, and now looking at it I like it even more, very simple, and what´s the best is the fire ladder...like from an old movie, great...
Take care, Ivana

Hello Graham! I love the building and it would be a shame to let them fall apart but at least this way we have them stored somewhere by taking picutres and share them with others. Great detail, you had a good eye for this one. Best regards, Barbara.

Graham,
Impressive, monumental scale - neatly emphasised by the close crop framing. Well worth a moments pause along your daily route.
Cheers
Colin
