2009 is the 120th birthday of the parisian iron lady. Bastille's day fireworks is usually one of the nicest you can have a look at. As we had a resume of eiffel towers life, we did have some reminders of the former famous fireworks : 1989 for the 200th birthday of french revolution and 100th of eiffel tower, 2000 for the new millenium and so on...

This shot was taken from the rooftop of Montparnasse tower, where you can get the nicest view of Paris as it is the only place where you can't see ... montparnasse tower. :)

Bonjour Guillaume,

Il semble bien que notre Johnny ait bien mis le feu à la tour Eiffel... Et ton commentaire à propos de la tour Montparnasse m'a bien fait rigoler! elle est quand même bien pratique pour trouver au pifomètre la gare du même nom!

Je suis très étonné que le feux d'artifice ait été tiré à l'heure bleue... Ceci est encore un sacré plus pour ton image!
