Photographer’s Note
It rarely rains in Melbourne nowadays. I didn't want to miss the oppurtunity.

Hello Oner,
Welcome to the addictive site of Trekearth, and the gracious note you sent me.
This an extremely effective image with sheets of rainwater washing down a (clean) windscreen. It is akin to looking at a translucent screen, and reminds me of one of Omar Khayyam's immortal quatrains:
"There was the Door to which I found no Key;
There was the Veil through which I might not see:
Some little talk awhile of Me and Thee
There was — and then no more of Thee and Me."
This is the best of images I've seen shot through water-blurred glass.
Warm regards,
Bulent
