Photographer’s Note
This is a view from Lakones, high above the port of Palaeokastritsa on the northwest coast of Corfu,
a two-hour drive from the capital of Kerkyra. From the harbor small motorboats will take you to the nearby caves and grottos for 10€ (trip lasts about 30 min).
The entire island is about 40 miles long and 20 miles wide. A rental car (30€/day) for a week enables one to
cover it all at an easy pace.

I'm a Corfù lover, planning a visit there one day or another, so I warmly welcome this masterly view of this famous place. It's a very clear and informative photo beside being a fine composition. Thank you for sharing it.
Best regards,
Donato

Hi Michael:
It really is breathtaking. Greece is so gifted with natural resources. And you captured one of those. My only comment is the tip part of the land at the left uppermost of the photo; I just find it unnecessary. You could have erased it.
But anyway, it's breathtakingly beautiful.
