The Crete Senesi are an area of Tuscany, to the south of Sienna. It consists of a rang of hills and wood among villages.

Ce plein cadre sans ciel a bien du charme en même temps qu'il montre un aspect particulier de la Toscane.
Le relief est bien montré et tout dans le cadre est à la bonne place dans une lumière et des couleurs justes.

Hello Roger,

There is something unmistakable here of the Tuscany and Sienna landscape, the softly rolling hills and dales, and of course the conical trees. You've composed the image well, with the house in just right spot as the focal point.

This pictures looks really amazing to me. These green slopes and the white snow patches add greatly to this impression, while the reddish building in the foreground with the road boost DOF. Colors are vivid, Contrasts are just nice and the sharpness is perfect. Well done

La ligne diagonale de la route est un atout à la composition. Les arbres cadrent bien la route et la maison. La prise de vue permet de voir les couleurs et les détails de l'architecture de la maison. La lumière a un bel effet sur les couleurs. Bon dimanche.

Even from the thumbnail I knew this would be Tuscany. It is such a typical scene with the square houses, tall cypress trees and rolling hills. Your high POV works well.

The rolling hills create fine lines in the composition!
The diagonal road also is a distinct element, taking my eyes through the scene with the fine old house as the natural starting point...
