Photographer’s Note

Many appartements in Berlins (former eastern part) has such nice glass houses at top. Overlooking all the city.
This one belongs to the former general consul of Germany to İstanbul, Mr Reiner Moeckelmann. His wife ise a famous painter and art collector.

Berlin'in eski kısımlarındaki (eski doğu Berlin) pek çok apartman'ın en üst katlarında böylesi şirin camekanlar var. Buralardan bütün Berlin'i görmek mümkün.
Buradaki mekan eski İstanbul başkonsolosu Reiner Moeckelmann ve eşine ait. Bayan Moeckelmann önemli bir ressam ve sanat kolleksyoneri.

A rare chance to see the interior of someone's home. It probably wasn't easy to compose an image with sufficient interest, but you have framed this well showing the underneath of the unusual staircase. Well exposed without the necessity to use flash.

Merdivenlerle, diğer objelerle birlikte mekânın sanatla içiçeliği ne kadar belirgin. Masa üstündeki opalin bir meyve tabağı mıdır acaba, işli nakışlı masa örtüsüyle ne güzel yakışmış. Çok güzel bir içmekan çekimiymiş Mesut Bey elinize sağlık, ne hoş insanlar tanıyorsunuz. Selamlar, sevgiler, iyi hafta sonları.
