Photographer’s Note

Ouzeri: A Greek traditional tavern to eat seafoods and drink "Ouzo" the famous Greek aperitif.
Ouzo (ούζο) is an anise-flavored spirit that is widely consumed in Greece. It is similar to pastis (France), Sambuca (Italy), mastika (Chios), raki (Turkey), salmiakki (Finland), and arak (Middle East and North Africa). It can be consumed neat or mixed with water.
