Photographer’s Note
The real capital of the country, Sucre is a neat and quiet colonial city declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 1991. The city witnessed the first liberation movement in the Americas against the Spanish rule in 1809; as part of the bi-centennial, several festivals and meetings are taking place in Sucre this year.
This is the church of Santa Teresa, not the most magnificent or the oldest in town (it was built in 1665), but I liked the framing of the roof and the dismantled light.
