Photographer’s Note
I walked in june 09 from Cap Blanc Nez to Cap Gris Nez with the sight on the Channel and the Cliffs of Dover. Near Wissant I saw these bunkers, part of the Atlanticwall. In 60 years nature swallowed these bunkers. When I saw the stakes, I thought to use it as a composition. By the way, That part of France is good to pass a couple of days.

A very nice framing with the stakes. A pleasing sense of space in the foreground ... I like that a good portion is allotted to the sand. Nice pleasant soft colors. I feel that the horizon is slightly tilted to the right that could be partly due lens distortion. Regards. Latiff.
