Photographer’s Note

The rocky ledge runs far into the sea,
and on its outer point, some miles away,
the lighthouse lifts its massive masonry,
A pillar of fire by night, of cloud by day.

And as the evening darkens, lo! how bright,
through the deep purple of the twilight air,
Beams forth the sudden radiance of its light,
with strange, unearhly splendor in the glare!

yeah, this reminds me of the movie "The Fog" (old version). *g* the mysterious misty atmosphere of the
fog-like veil over the water created by the long exposure time "creeping" towards the lighthouse on
the cliffs, sending out its lightbeam into the dark blue evening sky is fantastic.

Wow, it looks fantastic. The picture is very, hmmm, soft. The colour is great, and position of th elighthouse is very good.

The exposure on the water, the fog, the darkness add tremendous atmosphere to this image .. well chosen point of view as well .. wonderful.

a nice blue shot!
the light house is well placed and gives a good color touch!
maybe a little bit noisy, was the picture maybe little underexposed?
