The ploughing cows are making a curve now, labouring away. Another hardworking day for this trio. Unfortunately, the face has no face because he hides from the sun underneath his straw hat.

Nice subject. I didn't know that farmers and there cows had to struggle so hard for making a living. The moment of the day you took this shot is not the right one. That's why you can't see the face of the man. The sun is very high and covers all the interesting spots of the shot and other parts are overexposed. Solutions can be: another POV, Faster shuttertime, use of filter. Succes!
