Photographer’s Note
Shivling as we saw it from capming round of Gomukhi. We spent two nights there before leaving for Nanadanban. We had to withstand 10 hours of snow fall and half feet of snow.

An amazing photo of this spectacular mountain...just remarkable how clear and beautiful she is in the bright sunshine. But I know it can be fleeting, and as your note says...you had to go through quite a bit for this to open up like it did. A wonderful photo.

Hi Anirban,
Rendition of white of the peak is splendid, and a good choice of framing to show well the height of 6,543 m. Beautiful capture!
Regards, Hisashi
