Photographer’s Note

Another deserted beachscape, unbelievably just a couple of kilometres from central Waikiki's concrete jungle. There is no road or carpark near here. The exit off the beach is just before the headland, in the distance.

Hello Chris,
Fine composition with lovely tropical colours. I like the low point of view and the footprints in the sand, which help draw the viewer into the image, beckoning us to explore beyond the palm trees. Very good sharpness.

Beautiful vertical view of this lovely tropical beach with the lush green palms contrast so brilliantly with the turquoise sea and dramatic clouds in the blue sky.

Hi Chris,

The palm trees are framing well the beach. The capture of the power of the sea is an asset to the composition. The point of view takes our eyes toward the horizon which is giving depth to the photo. The light is enhancing the different tints of colors of the scenery. Have a nice day.
