Photographer’s Note
About 4 years ago, during my first visit to Milos, I took with a compact camera a photo of Papafrangas cave from above, which I uploaded here in TE, about 3 years ago, under the title ***Natural pool*** . Back then, I remember that people could go down there and swin, in that old photo you can see a mother with her two children.
This time, there was a rope and a sign that prohibited the descent to the cave-beach, because the "carved" path on the rock, is too steep and dangerous. Anyway I went down there and took this photo.
Papafrangas cave is located at the northwest side of Milos, about 4 km from Pollonia village, and right beside the very important prehistoric arhaelogical site of Fylakopi.
*TECHNICAL INFO:
I lowered manually the ISO to 50, used a small aperture (f/22), an ND-4 (2-stop down) filter, a polarizer and a tripod for this long shutter speed.

Hi Hercules
it is a fantastic job!
I love this rocks' texture and I definitely put Milos on my list of places to visit.
Your composition is just brilliant with this fantastic natural framing, but what is really worth of mentioning is the excellent exposition especially having those differently illuminated contrasting areas.
Great work,
TFS

Kalispera Hercules.
Mira a qué hora llego a casa...

Geia sou Hrakli,
An original photo of Papapfrangas with this sight since the beach and especially with the warm colors brought by your long exposure and filters. Good idea also to use the flash to clear up the vault of the cave.
The structure of the stone is very well returned.
We find well the aspect so impressive of this place especially when we manage to be there alone.

Hola fiera.
Bueno, otra bonita foto.
