Photographer’s Note
While enjoying a day on Savary Island, near Powell River BC Canada, this woman caught my eye as she tried persuading her boys to stand still while she snapped a photo. Their dance constrasts with her stiff pose; the vertical pole divides the two scenes at the 1/3 mark.
The woman is exactly in profile, a pretty but static image.
Savary Island is actually a very large sand bar. a pleasant and quiet place to live, though I wonder if one's property lines could be relied upon as the island tends to shift its shape over the years.

This picture is very well composed with the area of the mother occupying the "one third rule". I find it a little bit flat on color and contrast. A little post processing tweak could change could give more impact to this photo.
