Photographer’s Note
The member of festival committee wear the uniform.
On the back of uniform the famous traditional Japanese painting are printed. This is the "God of Wind" (Huujin), which is famous among "Ukiyo-E"
(Japanese traditional painting)

Dear Takero,
this is one of the most unusual photos! I want such a "uniform", too :) I like this picture of the God of Wind!
I am also very much impressed by the quality of the photo itself: the fabric looks so real (and it seems to be rather light) tha I am not too sure whether the crop is right in this image (perhaps I would add a bit more space at the top), but it's not the main point in this case, I guess.
Kind regards,
Elena

Hello Takero,
You found a good way to introduce us to japanese painting through photography.
Good point of view showing the drawing but also sharing a discussion between the 2 men.
For the technical work, if not already tried, I would suggest to use the 'shadow/highlight' tool in photoshop to densify a bit the shoulder of the first man. It is not mandatory, but can improve.
Yves.

Very nice impression from the festival, Takero. Good detail not only on the artistic print of the uniform, but also the surface texture of the cloth is quite well rendered. The strong tele-lens also gave you a fine DOF to offset the guy in the background. Well seen.
