An attractive hillside view, from lower Diamond Head, just north of Waikiki Beach, in Honolulu. I liked the warm cold colour contrasts, between the fg flowers & turquoise sea.

quel cadrage, avec le par-terre de fleurs, cette vue sur la mer est tout a fait colorée, le nuage en fond forment de très belle formes superbe. compo, très beau travail.

Nice view, Chris, well chosen POV to benefit from the colorful arrangement of flowers as a slightly unusual pairing with the ocean scenery. Good choice of vertical format.

Wow! This is quite beautiful! The vertical format was a very good choice so you could include those flowers in the lower fg up to those wonderful clouds in the faraway bg! Colors, brihgtness, sharpness, pov and dof are all excellent! Besides the flowers, I love the ocean with its color and the white waves! It seems to be a very pleasant and wonderful spot!

un vrai festival de couleurs ici, une palette séduisante. Beaucoup de profondeur et de fraicheur, un mélange entre la nature aménagée par l'homme au premier plan et un arrière plan plus sauvage.

Hello Chris,

It misses nothing any more but the Hawaïennes dancers to decorate this splendid landscape !!! Very coloured foreground which gives a very good depth to this idyllic image, I like much this sky which brings relief to the photograph. Very exotic and pleasant to look at, thank you Chris.

Hi Chris,

The capture of the poer of the sea is an asset to the composition. The point of view leads our eyes toward the horizon which is giving depth to the photo. The flowers in the foreground are framing well the scenery. The light is enhancing the different tints of colors of the picture. Have a nice day.
