Hi Colin,
A wonderful POV to capture such a bird's eye view perspective.
A graphic composition with all sorts of shapes in this pavement.
Good lighting and shades.
A clean preentation in a tight black frame.
Well done,
Francis Xavier

We have some great subjects even under our feet, sometimes. A very nice composition.

Really clever shot, Colin.
It DOES look like a moonrise. You have such a good eye for these. Great graphics, good sharp detail and nice lighting and exposure. Well done! Many thanks and warm regards,

Ah Colin, you notice so many things that other people don't! I bet you would give really interesting answers if you were to take an inkblot test. ;)
This photo is again tops for creativity. Additionally, I think the subdued and dark colour of the sky really adds the effect of a moonrise over dramatic craggy peaks.
Cheers,
Jordan

Oh! Now I see it...
Hello Colin -
I guess I am a bit dull this afternoon ... it took me a few seconds to see the "moon Rise..." Good observation on your part and well done on the composition and other technical details. Again, this looks like a candidate for framing. I really like it! Bravo!!
Thank you for sharing.

Hi Colin.
Excellent graphism and composition for this picture. It's very simple, but also very beautiful.

Ah Colin, this is just brilliant. The composition itself is so unique and almost abstract, yet we all know what it is you're shooting. I love the texture of the rocks and sand and the contrasts between the 2. I tried (and failed) to do something similar a while back and am delighted to see how it's done properly. TFs and have a wonderful Sunday, Lisa

Colin
Another beautiful close up of the full moon rising over the peak, Good composition with all elements in the right place for a well balanced space.

A very attractive composition, a still life of inorganic origin!

Nice composition here Colin. I like the set up with juxtaposition of triangles and the oval. The title is good too, but there's also something Easter-Egg'ish about it all...!? TFS, Regards, TW

Hi Colin:
You've got some darned good abstract photos, as I've said before. I love this one. It really does look like a mosaic of a moonrise over jagged mountains. Excellent eye my friend. Great job.

Hello Colin
I'm glad I bumped into your gallery only today...and I wonder how did I miss it earlier! I have just been to your first page & all I can say, your photographic eye is brilliant! Difficult to choose which one picture to critique first...but I chose this, because it shows the artist at work here! Most of us (at least me for sure) would have simply passed by this scene, looking, but not seeing. Your imagination worked & how! Brilliant!
With Regards
Angshu
