Photographer’s Note

One of these magic moments you can live in Ireland ... I had driven all the day around Lough Erne, but I had only grey sky, despererately grey sky. But at the early evening, the sun made a hole in the clouds while I was driving on Scenic Drive close to Kesh. It lasted only 5 minutes, then clouds won again the battle against the sun, until the end of that day (and a big part of next day too !).

quelle lumière ! j'aimerai tomber un jour sur ce genre de paysage avec l'ambiance du ciel gris et de la lumière au sol. Très belle image.

Tiens tiens ... ça me rappelle une certaine lumière guernotaise . Ce sont des instants à ne pas manquer , car ils sont très courts .
Une jolie petite route très irlandaise , aussi .

hello Olivier,
you have captured a lovely light here, so typical of the celtic nations. Compositionally, Ideally the lane would have been better leading the eye into the frame at a diagonal. But nevertheless it does lead us into the scene and make us want to follow the road you are taking. Love the luscious green.

Truly a spectacular scene you have captured, Olivier. Moments like this are never planned or predicted, making them all the more awe-inspiring and marvelous when we are graced by perfect light and a stellar landscape to compliment! The colors are quite radiant in the illuminating sun, enriching the shot with a good sense of the mystique and charm of the Irish countryside. The sheep are nice touches, too! Your POV is absolutely gorgeous and allows the viewers eye to meander down the dirt path and to the shady stand of trees beyond. Well done and thanks for sharing!
