Photographer’s Note
Pine Glades lake in Everglades National park is truly a beautiful lake. When we caught this fantastic sunset over this lake it made for a stunning photograph. The reflection in the water just enhanced the colors in the sky.
If you go there, watch out for Alligators. This lake has quite a few of them.

Hi Jay,
This is a really nice photo, looks like it came from a coffee table book. I just watched a PBS special on the Everglades yesterday - this image belies some real problems - unless the program to regenerate them works. I like your low pov and deep dof, super mirror with the beautiful pink to purple colors.
