Photographer’s Note
I hereby grant TE/IB the global non-exclusive adaptation and resale rights over this one photograph!
But only this one, NOT the rest of my collection.
I hereby also declare that the copyright of all my photos on TE (except this 1 photo) belongs solemly to ME, MOI, MYSELF AND I granting TE the only right to show them on the TE-website.
I also would like to declare that any abuse by IB of using my TE-photos to share them with other web-sites without my explicit authorization will be a matter of copyright violation brought to court claiming a restitutional damage of my rights.
These are the muddy waters of Harlingen.
I had to look for a long time to find something muddy and murky enough in my collection to be in line with the current copyright and use issues on TE.

Hello Dennis,
I will not say to you that it is an exceptional photograph, but in his context, one can say that it is quite selected with humor is expression. I hope that all will be arranged and that all people present on TE since so a long time will not leave like all these excellent photographers already elsewhere, much to my regret. When all is well, TE stimulates the desire for making well and much, and for doing it with a user-friendliness which one does not find elsewhere. “Rien n'est parfait... Nothing is perfect… “the fox said to the Petit-Prince of Saint-Exupéry. But the life continues, then not extreme decisions, nor extreme words, only presence, constancy and participation.
Have a nice day

This is the most spectacular posting I have ever seen on TE.
PERFECT in all regards, including the picture, of course.
Well done Dennis,
Antonio

Hello Dennis,
I echo your concerns and, in particular, the remarks made by Joël. I would really not wish to leave TE but the owners of the site are not making things any easier for themselves or us. Only time will tell.

Dear Dennis...
With all my heart and due honestly and my knowledge of the photography - I state the following:
Your photo beats dozens of photos on TE awarded with many, many ( and , I mean: many !!!) green monkies for their idiotic mediocrity and standard approach.
Nothing gives me more pleasure than award this one for its smartness and uniqueness.
There !!!

Hello Dennis. One wants to know it. What is that???? Ideal a photo for your intention. For me it is besides a kind abstract photo art, because it is a replacement for something deep-going. This surprise succeeded to you in the best way. Regards, Wolfgang.

Great peace of art. Some cropping could improve this.

You are brilliant Dennis...
You are the most clever protester, an agitator that knows how to create waves out of muddy water...
Can I also use your photo for free?
Thanks Dennis!
André
