Photographer’s Note
He was sitting there a long time observing the fishermen reaching the coast ,short after sunrise.Maybe he is too old to go fishing overnight.
He looks a bit doubtful, same is my feeling!
I`M OBSERVING TOO,WHAT HAPPENS ABOUT THE TOU,
terms of use
please have a look at the forum.
MAYBE THIS IS MY LAST ONE

hi Andreas
A bit sad about that TOU. When I 1st read about TOU, I thought it was mistake and should be TOS, but later I noticed the new conditions which really contradicts to the original ToS and Privacy terms of the site.
Very nice sitting pose of this man's side profile, something that I would also shoot from this angle without affecting his mood or expression.
Great portrait shot.

Hi Andreas,
Nice photo of the observer i like the look of the
concentration on his face. Nice colours and strange clothing. Western shirt and Indian "skirt" and funny cap to it.
But the most important is the message here. I read the TOU, I had no idea it is something like this from IB, and the discussion on Forum. it is so sad beacuse many active member are threatening they will delete all their gallery and maybe they have their reasons. You also write - maybe the last one. And the frienships behind the photos -it is what counts to me. I wouldn't like to lose it.
Warm regards, I hope it will not be the last one...

Hallo Andreas!

Ciao dear Andreas,
it 's difficult to choose a photo in your gallery, because they are all very beautiful ones. I have not only chosen this for the pleasant and curious expression of this old fisherman, but above all to tell you that it's not possible that a good photographer as you is able, after so many years, to abandon TE. It 's true, sometimes we are in crisis, we get tired of stupid comments, but this is not a good motive to deprive all of us of your beautiful photos. I hope that this is not the last.
Ciao, have a nice week!

I wonder what will happen now with the TOU. I'll sit tight for a few days and watch how this pans out like your subject. I dont hink i am so worried about haviogn photos stolen, i think that is the risk that you take posting photos on internewt sites such as this. But the uproar this causes and a few members will delete their accounts and it will probaly be friends, again, and TE will have more and more dross and crap photos to plough through each day to fidnm a few that are worth passing a critique on. The best days on TE have long passed, but it would be a pity if we have no fun here at all.
Sit tight leo and wait and watch

Hello Leo,
I read your reflections on your profile and the words of the opening note. I completely agree with your thoughts.
I do not like the logic of vote trading, but I think it is logical to exchange views with some friends that I think a good photographer.
I visited your gallery, the gallery surely of a great photographer.
I like the thinking expression of the old man: I like people which are able to observe the world.
Nice colors, warm light, fine composition.
I hope that this one isn't the last one.
My best regards.

Quelle magnifique photo!

Helmut
