Photographer’s Note
Probably a tri-color heron this morning at J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge.
The bugs were really bad this morning. We have bugs the locals call "no-see-'em's" because their bite really hurts but when you look to see what bit you they are so small you can hardly see 'em. Anyway I was trying to be real patient as this heron was fishing, the bugs were biting a lot but I feel my suffering paid off. Hope you all like this one.
Canon 400mm f2.8 lens w/ 2x teleconverter.
