Photographer’s Note
The ship plying the Cebu - Dapitan route normally has a stopover in Dumaguete before proceeding to Dapitan City. The boat arrives at dawn in Dumaguete, it's already part of my plan to get up just before sunrise and enjoy watching the rising sun. Click..click..click!
