Photographer’s Note

This is Hotel Caesar, on the corner of touristy Avenida Revolución and Calle Emiliano Zapata (aka Calle 5ta.) in the Zona Centro of Tijuana, Baja California Norte, Mexico.
This hotel, or its forerunner, is one of the supposed locations of the creation of the famous Caesar salad.
According to the Wikipedia, Cesare Cardini (1896–1956) was an Italian-Mexican restaurateur, chef, and hotel owner, who is credited with creating the Caesar salad. He had businesses in USA and Mexico.
