Photographer’s Note
After a long long time far from TE, I come back.
The problems of my computer have the main reason why I've been away.
But really still I should improve some things of my computer (mainly the colours of the monitor... I think they are wrong).
And well, this time I've choosen a picture taken a few months ago in Burgos. It was taken in a small village called San Pantaleón de la Losa and it's one of the most beautiful places of Burgos.
Above a little hill there is a small but gorgeous romanesque church.
Also, that day there was snow as you can see in the picture.
And, believe me, this is a place you cannot miss. The views from this hill are also impressive and you never will forget.
And, as usual, with tripod.
I hope you like it.

Carlos this rock formation really does look like a ship breaking over a wave out in sea, or an old rusty ship resting on a hillside. A very striking capture and a wonderful one for you to post upon your return to the renewed trek site. And how do you like the new format? I do not mind it too much...so far...

Hola Carlos!

És curiós on construien antigament, no?
Ben feta.
Salut,
Josep

the hill, the falesia that looks more like a ship!
the composition is wise. The side the sun does not shine in is still covered with snow! Oh, so lovely!
kiss to you.
Great week too.

Carlos,
I've come across more than one place which has acquired the name "ship rock" - and whilst that might not be the name applied to this location, it was the first thing which sprang to my mind - particularly from this angle - it seems the name could hardly be more appropriately applied.
