Photographer’s Note
It took me about a week to get used to the sudden, unannounced but he format of TE. The initial feeling was that of denial and shock, so I kinda lost my way and didn't know if I wanted to post again. But I kept in touch and soon knew the familiar ways. Now I think the new look site looks wonderful and classy. Now I know what's this all about. I think I have overcome my initial resistance to change!..and what better image than this to mark the occasion. This place is 'Bhool Bhulaiyya' or the labyrinth at the Bara Imambara at Lucknow. You are supposed to take a guide and go in because it designed to make an army lose its way inside! This time though, on my third visit, I went in alone...and came out without help!!! Something similar happened with the new TE...I was lost initially but soon found my way!!!

Hi Aadiil
Nice to be your gallery neighbour today !
Another nice perspective with a different approach, the succeeding lit and shady parts set the depth and make it look like a vortex tunnel

Hi Aadiil, another of your famous symmetrical works of art. This truly is beautiful and has inspired me to try and look at the world in a different way. Not only is the symmetry here superb, the tones together with light and shadow just blow me away. Congratulations on yet another excellent offering, Lisa.

Yes indeed, the new look TE is becoming popular and nice. Still a few things to be refine as for example the very fine frame around the photos on TE proper. Your posting is showing with the bottom and left lines only. I would like to see the way it was in the old format where we can clear see that we added a white frame.
Anyway, you are showing another wonderful minimalist composition where shadows and high lights play a superb game. Well done.

Hi Aadiil,
Yes, like a lot of others, I've lost my way here on TE too, but it all comes down to personal choice and learning to live with something different.
That's what you've done here, taken a different look, and it's paid off very well. The play of light, shadow, and form creates a unique look.
Sensational as always.

Hi Aadil, again splendid graphical composition of lights and shadows. Nice blurry perspective, yes, symbolic for our situation in TE. I still use the old version on beta site. Yes, one must find the way but the new site has still bugs although they try to fix something. I do not like these adverts, if they have something to do with photos or travelling, OK, but the most astonishing is if I want to know the date of my death. I do not want!!

Hi, Aadiil. Once again you show you've got a fantastic eye for perspective. The way you've framed your picture gives a fantastic depth to it. I think this is partly due to the repetition of light and shadows but also to the diagonal line you've created by shooting so close to the wall in the foreground.
Have a nice day,

You are a master exploiting these kind of repetition pattern and perspective effect almost monochrome. Photography means literally painting with light and it's exactly what you have done here in a wonderful way. Despite its abstraction it is still a much "architecture" photo, which is fascinating because you don't really show the construction. Beautiful!
