Those two little legs sticking out...what a nice detail ;-)
I wonder what she is looking at, but also the mother, seems there is nothing in the background, but that nothing brings all focus on the little one, the clothing and the very nice umbrella...i like that...very good eye in seeing and capturing this.

touching close up... so well framed by tha umbrella, so soft thanks to the colors of the tissues...
The Bratz (?) on the umbrella... is the touch that gives something funny.

Quel cadrage! L'unité des couleurs est superbe. Voilà ce qui s'appelle avoir les doigts de pied en éventail!
Une très jolie scène où l'on voit que la vie de cette maman ne doit pas être facile tous les jours vu l'état du tissu dans lequel elle transporte son bébé.

Hi Philippe,
Lovely shot with an excellent framing! The baby's profile and the illustration on the umbrella have created a nice combination, and her feet are so cute. A small brown part at the bottom gives a stability to the composition.

Bonjour Philippe,
Trop rigolos ces deux petits pieds qui se détachent sur ce fond blanc. En plus il y a une belle harmonie de couleurs entre les vêtements de la mère, le tissu qui sert pour le transport et le parapluie. Le dessin de cette pinup blonde est évidement la cerise sur le gâteau!

A well-seen and cute detail, Philippe, with the toddler being carried by his/her mother. Ingenious framing to show the various details of the colorful clothes, at the same time giving full attention to your delightful main subject. Well captured.

Love this photo, simple but so typically the essence of Laos. I like the POV of the typical way of Laotians carry there baby around, I too has to carry my little brother this way, when my mother doesn't have time to care of him and I have to carry him around like that. Some time he would wet me :) or spit on me.
Great shot, very creative POV, beuatiful colors combination. She really has a sense of color coordination and style. Great shot.

You should have a theme call "The Umberellas of Laos" This is your third shot with Umbrella.

thi9s is a perfectly charming image.I like the cuteness of the way this baby's legs are splayed with the toes peeping out. The subtle combinations of colours,patterns and textile graphics are interesting too.

Well seen! The umbrella & the sensuous Western girl painted on it does not detract our vision from the main protagonist in this picture - the baby ;-)...this is quite an usual way of carrying babies in SE Asia...but I like the way you composed & framed this…good work & I liked Way's suggestion as well, for creating a theme.

This is absolutely so cute!
I love the way the child is strapped onto the mother, and the kids umbrella is a nice detail. I like that the green colour is disperesed around the image creating harmony. Great framing too!
