Here I like to thank you TE for the beautiful upgrade in this site!
Sharing with you another section of the beautiful coast in Whatipu on a beautiful autumn sunny day and the guy you see in the shot is my best photographing buddy Tim Gorden (timtim) from TL, we always find time to explore places for photographing opportunity!

This shot is as beautiful as your shots always are. Unbelievable. The view through the rocks is awesome with the waves washing in. What a beautiful coastal landscape , one more time . I like a lot the cordyline in the fore ground , moved by the wind . May be , in my opinion , the picture seems to be tilted . It is only a feeling , of course , because I don't know where is the reality , and some of them don't see the same . I' ve made a WS , to explain what I mean .

Hi Tony,
I will be honest with you, and sorry in advance if I sound too harsh, but I think that this photo is just average, a simple snapshot taken w/o any careful consideration and w/o any PP to remedy some flaws.
The photo is badly tilted, the colors are washed out (look at the sky please), and poorly composed (what is the main subject here? the bushes, a beach that we can barely see?).
One would expect better work from an experienced photographer of almost 20,000 points in TE.
I promise I will check the rest of your gallery to find a good photo to give a more positive critique.

The seascape is really beautiful, with lots of different greens. The colours are well contrasted, and I like the volcanic sands contrasting to the green/blue waters. You found an excellent point of view, with good framing including the various greens in the foreground. Well taken!

Hi Tony,

Excellent and unusual perspective. It makes you feel for climbing up the hill and have look at the beach below. I really like the inclusion and positioning of the person in the beach. Very small, but the foreground works perfectly as a lead in. TFS and have nice day!

Too good to be true. The composition is extraordinary from a well chosen point of view.

Perhaps the slightly tilted horizon, but the balancing rock formations here. Great framing, depth of field and beautiful colors aquamarines. Excellent friend.

Using the tree as a foreground focus point is nice and also conveys a sense of the windy weather well. Great colours and light within the photo, but I would have rotated the shot prior to posting, it's clearly leaning to one side. Nice shot!

You really do a fine job promoting N.Z!
The country looks wonderfully sunny and inviting when it is almost winter.
I like how you have placed the palm trees off-centre in the f/g where they produce a narural lead, via similar trees, to Tim and then to the wider shot.
You have a good dof, ensuring theat all the details are seen and appreciated.
