Photographer’s Note
Balikaylar is about an hour outside of Istanbul, on the way to Izmit, and it's a fantastic place to visit. It was the first climbing place around Istanbul or perhaps in all of Turkey. The gorge is surrounded by walls waiting to be scaled.
