Photographer’s Note
Extract from a serie shot in the subway of Hamburg. The goal was to try to get the particular atmosphere of such a place though the eye of a 17 mm lens (on 24x36 camera).
In this shot, the emphasis is on the graphical side with the curves of the escalator but I also tried to catch this feeling of going down in an oppresive world.
